Sales Development Representative (Bijbaan / Stage)
About the role
At Pantalytics, we automate a large part of our sales process with AI. As an SDR, you'll learn not just how to do cold acquisition, but how to find, qualify and reach prospects through automated and personalised outreach workflows at scale. You'll become a modern outbound sales professional who knows how AI fills the pipeline.
What will you do?
- Identify and qualify leads using AI-driven prospecting tools
- Reach potential clients via phone, email and LinkedIn with automated, personalised message sequences
- Schedule demo appointments for account managers
- Keep the CRM (Odoo) up to date and optimise outreach flows based on results
- Contribute ideas on new outreach strategies and test AI tools that improve the process
What will you learn?
- How to use AI for lead generation, prospecting and personalised outreach at scale
- How modern outbound sales tools work (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools, CRM)
- How to use Odoo as a full sales platform and become an expert in it yourself
- The psychology behind cold acquisition and how to turn a "no" into a "not yet"
