Our approach
Pantalytics offers a fully sovereign Odoo implementation: Odoo Enterprise, hosted on European servers (Hetzner, Germany), without dependency on American cloud providers. All data remains under your control.
We implement Odoo with Zitadel as the identity and access management layer: an open-source IAM platform that centrally manages Single Sign-On, MFA and role-based access. SSO integration in Odoo is not available out of the box — we build this custom, so access control is truly locked down.
Our infrastructure runs on Coolify (open-source PaaS on Hetzner), giving you full visibility and control over your deployment, updates and configuration.

All data on Hetzner servers in Germany. No data to US jurisdiction, fully under your own control via Coolify.

Zitadel identity layer
